Extrusion - profiled products

We extrude profiles for many kinds of applications in textiles and electronics, in the construction and automotive industries and for office supplies. Our extruded products range from complex technical profiles to clamping profiles, and all of them are distinguished by their excellent quality. Materials

We can combine the same and different types of plastic melts in a co-extrusion process. Our extruded products are made of rigid and soft PVC , ABS, PC, PE, PET, PP, PS and TPE. Other materials are available by request.

Product characteristics

We can produce heat-resistant, UV-resistant and highly shock-resistant extruded products if that's what our customers need. Our profiles are also available in different wall thicknesses, and with small or large cavities depending on requirements. Customers have a choice of profiles in different colours and dimensions and any length. Antistatic versions are also available. We'll be happy to advise you if you require special sizes.

Custom-made products

We can print and emboss profiles if required. You can also request us to fit locks (hinge technology) on the extruded profiles. Winding solutions are developed in accordance with the customer's specifications. Talk to our experienced specialists about further applications. We're always happy to discuss custom-made products.
