Rothe reel
ROTHE reels are injection moulded as single or sectional reels. Reels comprising sections may be delivered as ready welded or in sections, to save space. Final assembly will then be by clicking together on site.
Polystyrene reels are available in various sizes and designs. Antistatic or dissipative types are always possible on request. Standard ROTHE reels are available with flange diameters of 180 to 560 mm, traverse widths of 8 to 56 mm and in various materials.
We look forward to acting as your competent partner for project planning and production of your customised reels.
You can also order many of our reels in smaller quantities directly from our Kitzingen warehouse. Should your desired reel not be available in stock, we will be able to manufacture at short notice.

Thermoforming - moulded products
We select the production method that is most suitable for your products in accordance with your requirements and cavity shape. We process plastic films in PC, PET, PP, PS and PVC.
Extrusion - profiled products
We extrude profiles for many kinds of applications. Our extruded products range from complex technical profiles to clamping profiles, and all of them are distinguished by their excellent quality.
Injection moulding - precision products
Our injection moulded articles are made of thermoplastic materials. They all satisfy the most demanding requirements of accuracy and precision as a result of our high quality standards.
